Flawless. The American music industry needs to fly some of these UK A&R people over to revive our industry and find real talent like this. In the last couple years all the great singers have been coming out of the UK. Amy Winehouse (though she ultimately destroyed her talent when she first hit the scene she was incomparable), then Adele, now Michael! They discovered these great talents and we have dumb crap like that “Friday” girl! Something is not right with our music execs!
